Cleanliness and Maintenance: - Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. - Dispose of trash in the designated bins. - Report any damages or maintenance issues to the management immediately. 5. Smoking: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. - Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 6. Pets: - Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the management. 7. Safety and Security: - Always lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. - Ensure that valuables are securely stored. The villa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 8. Cancellation policy

Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.
